After living in our 1970’s ranch-style home in Canyon Country for more than twenty years, we felt the time and market conditions were right for us to sell. A close friend, who already had sold his Valencia home with Realty Executives of Santa Clarita, highly recommended that we contact his realtor, Garo Papazian.
